Why?
• Occur when a student is up for their 3-year re-evaluation.
• Occur when a team member/parent requests an evaluation.

What happens at this meeting?
• Student’s current progress is shared with the team.
• The team determines if additional data are needed.
• If data are needed, the team determines which areas of a Case Study Evaluation should be assessed.
• Parent/guardian consent is obtained.
• The team determines which team members will be participating in the assessment.
• Team members share what the assessment will look like. (what tests will be used, how will data be collected, etc.)

Who is involved?
• Student
• Parents/Guardians
• Special Education Teacher
• General Education Teacher/s when appropriate
• Related Service Providers (Speech/Lang., Social Work, Psych., OT, etc.)
• Administration when appropriate
